Meatless Chinese Menu Recipe



Sesame-Soy Snow Peas
Steam 4 cups trimmed snow peas 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Combine 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil, and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper in a large bowl. Add snow peas; toss to coat.
